Punta Križa or Cape Cross is a small rocky beach in Rovinj, a paradise for swingers and members of the LGBTQ community. A thick pine forest is hiding the area from public eyes and making it ideal for those who love to enjoy themselves or spice up their summer holidays.
The 200 meter long beach is wrapped in dense vegetation that you can only pass by foot, not with a vehicle – the main reason why this place is so unknown and private. You can fully relax in the shade, tan naked on the rocks, swim in the clear Adriatic, meet new open-minded people or make love in broad daylight – there is no criticism or weird looks. Unfortunately, there is no lounge rental, so bring your fluffiest towels for maximal comfort. If you get hungry, there are two great restaurants offering fresh delicacies.
Of course, pack some protection – and by that, we don’t mean sunscreen…
